This Year I Am Thankful For...

Before 2014 ends, I was asked by someone to answer the question "What are the top 5 things you are thankful for this year?" (a cliché question). With no hesitation, I answered.. "If there are 5 things I am thankful for this year it would be the experiences, achievements, peers, family, and the emotional damage. "

5. EXPERIENCES

If there would be a year of experience, for me it would be 2014. First photoshoot, first beauty pageant, first time to be featured in Philippine Star, first time to be a guest dancer, first time to choreograph contemporary pieces alone, first time to try other dances.

4. ACHIEVEMENTS

This year, I didn't expect that God will shower me with opportunities. I was given an invitation to the best of life and chances for a once in a lifetime opportunity. It was a privilege this year to dance as a guest, to be a part of WU-P Dance Troupe, to be one of the candidates of Ms. CBA 2014 and given a special award of "Best In Ramp", to pass my accounting subject (hard work paid off!), to represent my college, CBA, for this year's dancesport and titled as first runner up, to be ranked as third runner up in the CWTS Interpretative Dance Competition, to be given the best of the best.

3. PEERS

This year would never be so much like this without my friends. A year without them is like a year staying at home.. Puro pahinga. HAHA. To my best friend since HS, Shane Bate, to my mean girls, my pingas tita family, my friendship, bes, ates and kuyas.. Love you and miss you! :*

Now.. To the person who told me that I will never have friends.. Who are you referring to now? ;)

2. FAMILY

So many struggles and problems came and we're still here standing as a family. God knows how much I pray for this one. No words can describe how much I love and care for them. You never fail to make me laugh and support me all throughout. :) Love you so much! To my cousins.. If you're reading this.. please see me now! HAHA :D

Last but not the least...

1. HEART BREAK

They say people change when they are hurt. I believe that I am mostly thankful for this instance because without this.. Everything above will not happen. :)

Unexpected, blessed, successful, and full of bliss. These are the words that describe my year 2014.
From the easiest up to the hardest challenge, from the fears I need to conquer, from the transformation and changes.. I am proud to say that I survived.

ADVANCE HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!! <3

In Just One Day

Have you ever felt the feeling of not being comfortable with your outfit that you want to change every now and then? The feels right? This happened to me on our second day. Three changes in one day.

Here's what I wore for breakfast..

Here's what I wore at Mines View Park..

I'm sorry for the low arabesque. It was hard to move around with a bottom like this. Girls, you know the feeling.

And here's my last twist of outfit featuring my forehead! Haha! This was the one I wore at Camp John Hay and SM.

Here are some other photos for that day.

Yes, it was a salon day for me. Hihi.

Eugenio Christmas 2014 with Kuya Febry, Vincent, Vien, and the photobombers. Hahaha! <3

Antique Barbie Doll

I've never been the barbie-figured type of girl. You know.. perfect hair, perfect body, perfect skin, perfect this and perfect that. Oh c'mon! Forget about perfection and embrace the imperfect ones. We are all beautiful even with flaws. According to Genesis 1:27, God created us in His image. :)

So here's another blog post about our stay in Baguio.. our last day. Huhu. If it weren't for my meeting tomorrow 'til Monday, we're still there enjoying the cold breeze while having coffee.

So I wore something *insert description here coz I don't know what to describe* for today. Wearing boots were not my comfort zone but I took the risk. Does it look okay? :)

I would like to thank my mom and sister for capturing these photos. <3

Right after breakfast, we went to La Trinidad, Benguet to visit The Bell Church and La Trinidad Strawberry Farm. Seriously, I hate walking up the stairs. It is soooooo tiring! But for the sake of capturing the view.. Hello palpitations. Haha!

You're probably wondering where my mom is.. Believe me she's in the photo. The one behind and between me and my sister's back. HAHA. Joking! She stayed at the car. Like me, by just seeing the crazy stairs.. we're already tired.

La Trinidad Strawberry Farm

I was once your antique barbie doll. Remember how you played so well? (Bitter Mode: ON)
HAHA.

Thanks for reading! Next up... New Year's Eve :)
